Luis Moreno

Luis Moreno. Ph.D in Social Sciences from the University of Edinburgh. CSIC research professor. Founding Secretary of the Institute of Advanced Social Studies, institutional precursor of the Comparative Policies Unit and the present Institute of Public Property and Policies. Honorary Fellow of the University of Edinburgh, he has been a visiting professor and researcher at different European and North American universities, as well as being a Jean Monnet Senior Fellow at the European University Institute of Florence. He is a visiting professor for several postgraduate courses. He has participated in 25 competitively-awarded research projects and 12 research contracts, all financed by European and Spanish institutions. For online access to his 25 books, 125 articles and chapters of indexed and peer-reviewed books, as well as his 150 reviews, minutes and other academic texts.
