Emilio J. Lentini. Economist (Universidad del Salvador, CABA, Argentina). Specialist in institutional and economic aspects of urban water and sanitation services. Advisor to the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Water Policy of Argentina (Dec. 2015-present). Economics Manager of the regulator of water and sanitation services of the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires (2000/14). Professor and researcher at the Institute for Transdisciplinary Studies of Water - Master's Degree in Water Management (University of Buenos Aires - UBA); from the Master of Metropolitan Environmental Management (FADU/UBA) and the International Research Group “Water Governance in the Americas” (UBA and CNRS/France). Consultant of ECLAC (2006/15) and member of the International Editorial Board of the "Journal of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene for Development" of the International Water Association (2007/2017). He participated as an expert in six arbitrations at ICSID, conducted studies and consultancies in several Latin American countries and is the author of numerous articles documents published in Argentina and abroad.
